Curata — Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the makers of Curata (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the Curata app (the “app”), you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Curata and to download wallpapers for your own personal use on devices you own or control.

Our artwork

All wallpapers and artwork in Curata are original works owned by us or our artists. You may use them as wallpapers for your personal devices. You may not resell them, redistribute them, sell products featuring them, or use them commercially, in whole or in part.

Purchases

Acceptable use

Please don’t attempt to copy, extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content, or use it in any unlawful way.

“As is”

Curata is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running well, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

The App Store

This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date shown at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
